Wine-in-France is the web site of the Institute of Oenology of Aix-en-Provence.
The Institute of Oenology is a school founded in 1985 for the knowledge and the promotion of great French wines. The director is Joel Corre, grand cru specialist and professor of oenology at the University of Provence.
Paul Kim, computer scientist, sommelier and wine expert, is director of Wine-in-France and vice-président of the Institute of Oenology.
Aline Decize, educator and youth leader, is our communication manager.
